Naw-Ruz is the first day of the new year in the Bahaí calendar. Abdu’l-Baha reminds us of the importance of the ancient history of Naw-Ruz saying; All the days are blessed, but this feast is the national fete of Persia. The Persians have been holding it for several thousand years past.’
The Bahaís and their friends of all background and religions came together to celebrate Naw-Ruz; the Bahaí new year while remembering with joy the Baha’i children in Iran and wishing them a very happy Naw-Ruz. The program was designed with children in mind drawing a circle of love, unity and celebration around them.
it is our pleasure to share with you the video of Naw-Ruz 2009
